hey Buddy!!
Hey Algos,
I haven't write much in my blog since my last post, so here's a couple of important events that i had for a couple weeks ago... i also haven't upload any new videos in my youtube channel -- i beg for your understanding huhuhuh :(( because it has been a busy weeks for the first trimester here as a new IB students. But don't worry i've take a lot of footage, i'll make a new video soon and catch up on you guys a little more often.. i promise, pinky promise!! love you algos!! enjoy reading~
So this is my Buddy!!! her name is Andie Parry and she is from California, USA. Jadi sistem buddy disini tuh tiap second year bisa milih satu ato dua first year whose they want to get to know better. And i got Andie which is great! i've barely or even never really talk to her before so it's good because i got to know her better now!! She has markisa or passion fruit in her room and she's a wilderness leader and also a leader of women-soccer ExEd in campus.
After we have the fancy Buddy Dinner we're going to back of Dwan Light Sanctuary in the middle of the night to play Fruit Punch. Anyway we do have Buddy Group which is Aagat-Sunao, Jake-Silvia, Michelle-James. So if you haven't heard about it, its basically just picking up some apples (because we do really have A LOT of apples in campus) and then hit it with a bat, like baseball bat. It's so fun and i enjoyed it so much!
Let me introduce you Theater Class of 2020 🎆
So yep, as you guys can see i just had my first theater performance! the title is "Who can hear me? Who can judged me?" its about depression, mental illness, and Anxiety. It's such a deep topic for the first performance but you know what? everyone likes it!! they said it was amazing because we had a really pretty stage set. We were having personal monologue for each actor and then the audience just sit in scattered seating while they have like a broken mirror under the chair. And all the Lighting just amazed them.
Jadi gue disini monologue nya nyanyi pake lagu Shawn Mendes-A Little Too Much which is actually have a really deep meaning behind the lyrics. but yeah i know it's hard to believe because i've never sang in front of audience before lol. i love it soo much. I have such an amazing team. We were working all the rehearsal, setting up the scaffolding for the lighting and the chair for the audience with all the broken mirror in only one week! gilak gaksi... emang keren parah teater disini!! btw ini subject favorite gue lol.

Tara's Farewell Party
So she is one of my favorite person, i love her so much. She's my RT or Residential Teacher a.k.a mama gue disini yang ngurusin tentang segala keperluan lo di dorm. She's an artist, poetrist, photographer, and one of the most amazing person i've ever met. Dia baik banget parah... kalo lu dipeluk ama dia, rasanya nyaman banget.. Kayak pelukan mama, lu bener bener ngerasain ketulusan dia kalo dia emang seneng banget kenal dan menyambut lo di uwc. i miss her now huhu :((
but now she resign for personal reason, gue cuma tau dia sekitar sebulanan which sad but i mean it when i say i really like her... i wish her the best for the decision she had comes to, i'll respect her choice. And that's the shirt that she wear, its from me!! i only have two of that kind of shirt from Indonesia, and i only give it to special person. So you could imagine how i love Tara <3
Tech Stage First Show
Yeah coolest ExEd i've ever tried!! berasa keren make that kind of headset lol. Lu berasa jadi orang penting yang ngurusin banyak hal walaupun lu ga bantu banyak banyak amat lol. Anyway this is when we have our first show for NAD (North American Day) Cultural Show which is intinya cultural show nya orang american + New Zealand + Canada. Awalnya agak canggung sama second year di ExEd ini (eventho sampe sekarang masih) but still pengalaman nya asik parah!! I (STILL) LOVE YOU TECH!
Last Minute Sunset!
I love this Canadian Girl! her name is Rachel. Jadi ini ceritanya lagi menuhin Buddy Challenge yang dikasih sama second year ke first year a.k.a buddy mereka. Rachel dapet Challenge buat liat Sunset and it turns out she asked me if i want to come with her. At first i thought it wasn't far so i was like yeah why not then after a while i realized we have to walk for 15 minutes and climb a small cliff to see the sunset lol. It's tiring guys, but guess what? the viewwwwwwwwww is wonderfullllll!!!! it's worth it! thanks Rachel's Buddy to give us this beautiful challenge!!!

First Trip to Santa Fe
First trip out of campus with get away family!! wohoo well it's not my get away family, it's Netta's get away family lol. There's funny story tho, we're supposed to be in Santa Fe to go to Thrifts Store and just have picnic in the park. I don't really get it how but then it turns out we're going to Sandia Crest Road which is soo freaking cold up there... It's a famous place for Skiing in Winter! the good thing is guw bisa ambil banyak foto bagus parah.. disini pepohonannya bener bener kayak pohon natal gitu segitiga bentuknya. Terus juga daunnya gak cuma ijo, mereka daunnya ada yang kuning banget, hijo muda, orange, bahkan merah... omg i love this place..
p.s: did u believe it tho that i was the one taking the second picture by myself? and put some effect on it? it does look soo good right? bakat pubdok terpendam ancen aku iki hehe...

Another IB-IB-IB stress
Okay i admit it! i was wrong. I promise you guys i'll upload video about UWC Day but i haven't upload it not because i was too lazy, it because i don't have much and good footage to make one. But i do have one video coming soon!!! (this is real lol not a clickbait haha) so excited about it! who can guess what kind of video i'll work on? comment down below
and then yeah, IB is getting real guys.. Capek, Kurang Tidur, Banyak tugas, Banyak tanggung jawab, waktu sosialisasi sama temen temen berkurang, mulai kejadian semua lol. Nilai yang awalnya 7-7-6-7-6 sekarang mulai jadi 6-4-3-6-5 lol gue juga masih kesusahan di Computer Science which is the first test i got like 11/30 :))) it's okay they won't send the first trimester rapor ke National Committee sama ortu gue heheheh..
okay okay besok w harus bangun pagi buat Southwest Studies, i'll update on you guys later! Love you 🖤
